Player Eligibility & Registration

• Teams must register by phone or email.

• Age groups are defined as follows:

o U14: Born on or before 31/12/2011

o U12: Born on or before 31/12/2013

o U10: Born on or before 31/12/2015

o U8: Born on or before 31/12/2017

o U6: Born on or before 31/12/2019

• Female players may be eligible to play in an age group one year below their actual age group.

• Each player must be registered with their full name, phone number, and email.

• Proof of age (e.g., ID) may be required.

• Registration must be completed before the published deadline

Team Composition

• Each team may register up to 9 players (6 on the field, 3 substitutes). A minimum of 6 
players is required to form a team.

• Substitutions are unlimited during matches.

• Teams may consist of any mix of boys and girls, provided all players meet age and eligibility 
criteria

Season Structure

• The participation fee is $100 per player.

• Full payment must be made via bank transfer before the first game. Payment details will be 
provided upon registration.

Match Schedule

Fixtures will be shared on Gameday’s official Facebook page.

• Scheduled match times are: 5:30 PM, 6:25 PM, and 7:20 PM.

• Teams are required to arrive at least 10 minutes before kick-off.

• Match times are fixed and cannot be changed at a team’s request.

Match Fees

• The participation fee is $200 per player.

• Full payment must be made via bank transfer before the first game. Payment details will be provided upon registration.

Equipment & Uniform

 All teams must wear matching shirts.

• In the event of a colour clash, bibs will be provided to the designated away team.

• Only moulded boots or runners are allowed—screw-in studs are prohibited.

• Shin pads are mandatory; any player without shin protection will not be allowed to play.

• Match balls (sizes 3, 4, or 5) will be supplied, depending on the age group.

Weather Policy

• Matches will go ahead in all weather conditions unless officially cancelled by Gameday Sporting Events.

Safety, Health & Venue Rules
 

• A first aid kit will be available on-site.

• Officials will stop play if a player is bleeding, injured or ill; by default, the clock will continue to run.

• All participants play at their own risk.

• The following are strictly prohibited within the venue:

o Smoking or vaping

o Alcohol consumption or possession on the pitch

Forfeits & Cancellations

Teams must inform Gameday Sporting Events by 5:00 PM on match day if they need to forfeit, by calling 04 321 384 86.

• Forfeit fees:

o $50 with prior notice

o $100 with no notice

• Teams with outstanding forfeit fees will be ineligible to play until fees are paid.

• Two no-shows without prior notification will result in the team being removed from the 
competition.

• Matches will not be rescheduled for forfeits or cancellations.

• A minimum of 4 teams per age category is required to run that division

Behaviour & Discipline

• Coaches and team managers are responsible for maintaining proper conduct of their players and spectators.

• All participants must respect referees, staff, and opposing teams.

• The following behaviour is strictly prohibited:

o Offensive language or swearing

o Physical aggression or threats

o Playing under the influence of drugs or alcohol

o Entering the pitch without permission

• Gameday Sporting Events reserves the right to remove players or spectators for breaching conduct rules.

Codes of Conduct
 

Players

• Respect the rules, referees, teammates, and opponents. Keep emotions in check.

Parents & Guardians

• Encourage participation and effort. Avoid pressuring or criticising young players. Support 
referees and volunteers.


Spectators

• Be positive and respectful. Applaud good play and avoid abusive or negative comments

Media & Communication Consent

 By participating, players and guardians consent to the use of photos and videos taken during the competition for marketing or promotional purposes.

• Registered email addresses may be added to communication platforms for updates.

• Contact information may be shared with team managers for administration

Risk & Liability Disclaimer

 Participation involves inherent physical risks. By registering, players and guardians 
acknowledge and accept these risks.

• Gameday Sporting Events, including its staff and volunteers, is not liable for any injuries or 
damages incurred during the event, to the fullest extent allowed by law.

• The organiser provides no personal injury insurance.

• Serious breaches of these terms or misconduct may result in disqualification or expulsion.

Venue Changes & Force Majeure

• Gameday Sporting Events may relocate matches or the competition if necessary, including:

o Venue unavailability

o Severe weather

o Maintenance issues

o Insufficient player registrations

• Notice of changes will be provided when possible.

Terms Acceptance & Updates

Gameday Sporting Events may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time.

• Any changes will be shared with registered participants.

• By registering, all parties agree to these terms in full
